Shipping Policy

At SmoothSole, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping for all of our customers. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, it will typically be shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method you choose.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected. We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs, including standard and expedited delivery.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package in real-time.

  • Shipping Locations: We currently offer shipping within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally, but we are working to expand our shipping options in the future.


Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns process. Here’s how it works:

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused or unopened items for a full refund. Returns must be made in their original, unused condition and packaging.

  • Exclusions: Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

    • Personal care products
    • Perishable items
    • Customized or special-order products
    • Gift cards
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@smoothsole.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if needed.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 5-7 business days after the return is approved. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Exchanges: We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement product.
